ArT Piece Recreation: Found Objects
Below you can see the process my family and I used to recreate an historic painting of the last Supper.
Step 1: Find the art piece you want to recreate. Print or have the piece on your screen in an easy to see location. Youmay consider having a back up piece, in case the one you choose doesn't work out with the items you have around your house.
Picture
Step 2: Start from the back of the piece and build upward. We looked for an item big enough to "build" our piece on top of then went from there. Look for similar colors or textures, and be sure to make something that will work with the scale of your other objects. You may have to adjust as you find more items. We needed to fold our blanket up more once we found the next objects.

Step 3: Continue to work your way from the back to the front most item. GET CREATIVE!! You will not find exact matches, just look for like colors or shapes. We build up the hair with camera lens covers then moved to the face and clothes. Get close, not exact!

Step 4: Refine and make adjusts as need before you take your final photo. Here is a video on how we Made ours.
Step 5: Take your Final picture and compare it side by side. Be sure to get high enough to take the picture straight down.
